Since 1963, Castellino vegetables have originated from the heart of the Marche region of Italy. A fine mix of vibrant red and yellow grilled Italian sweet peppers, marinated in sunflower oil, white wine vinegar and salt. Delicious in sandwiches, with arugula, cold meats, and balsamic glaze. Add into pasta dishes or salads. Serve with grilled chicken or other meats.
